I finally finished a long awaiting project, and I am quite pleased with it.
McCall’s M6654 is a really enjoyable pattern. I chose to do E with a slight change to the pattern.
It is a pencil skirt without to no walking room, so I place four triangle panels in the side, front, and back seams. This gave plenty of room for walking and/or walking, and still kept that pencil look. After finishing the edges, I sewed them down to keep them laying in one direction, when washing or ironing. I didn’t take a photo of the placement of the zipper, but I did reinforce it.
